- Matches or Lighter
- Tablecloth
- Plates
- Cups
- Eating Utensils (Forks, knives, Spoons, Cake cutter, etc..)
- Cake
- Ice Cream
- Party Favors or gift bags (OPTIONAL)
- Any other food or drink, including special dietary items
